Ashish Bahl, Executive Chairman
As Chairman of Logmatrix, a fast-growing software company, Mr. Bahl is responsible for providing strategic leadership by working with the Board, management, industry leaders, and analysts to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies as he sets the company’s strategic direction, objectives, and manages the P&L.

An accomplished software and FinTech executive, Mr. Bahl also serves as Chairman and CEO of Acculynk. Prior to Acculynk, Mr. Bahl was founder and CEO of Harbor Payments until leading the companies’ sale to American Express, where he continued as a corporate Senior Vice President. Prior to Harbor Payments, Mr. Bahl served in various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of iXL Ventures and founder of iXL’s Financial Services Practice Group (FSPG). as founder and CEO of Exchange Place Solutions (EXPS), a firm focused on providing strategy and technology solutions to financial services institutions

Mr. Bahl holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. His civic responsibilities include Board positions in Leadership Atlanta, TIE, and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Renga Nathan, President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Nathan serves as President and COO of LogMatrix, where he leads corporate and business development, alliances, product strategy, and operations. With a passion for creating differentiation through thought leadership and innovative technology solutions which enable business performance Renga has a long history of success.

Before joining LogMatrix, Renga served in various global leadership positions within American Express Technologies, where he led teams and initiatives focused on innovation and delivery transformation. Prior to American Express, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Harbor Payments, a FinTech company which was acquired by American Express. Prior to this he founded Bridium, a cloud based insurance claims, payments, and compliance processing business for leading insurance companies. He also founded Kanchi, an technology solutions provider in North America focused on delivering technology services to the Fortune 500 and large enterprise market.

Renga holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maduarai University, India.
