Ashish Bahl, Executive Chairman
As Chairman of Logmatrix, a fast-growing software company, Mr. Bahl is responsible for providing strategic leadership by working with the Board, management, industry leaders, and analysts to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies as he sets the company’s strategic direction, objectives, and manages the P&L.

An accomplished software and FinTech executive, Mr. Bahl also serves as Chairman and CEO of Acculynk. Prior to Acculynk, Mr. Bahl was founder and CEO of Harbor Payments until leading the companies’ sale to American Express, where he continued as a corporate Senior Vice President. Prior to Harbor Payments, Mr. Bahl served in various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of iXL Ventures and founder of iXL’s Financial Services Practice Group (FSPG). as founder and CEO of Exchange Place Solutions (EXPS), a firm focused on providing strategy and technology solutions to financial services institutions

Mr. Bahl holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. His civic responsibilities include Board positions in Leadership Atlanta, TIE, and the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Renga Nathan, President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Nathan serves as President and COO of LogMatrix, where he leads corporate and business development, alliances, product strategy, and operations. With a passion for creating differentiation through thought leadership and innovative technology solutions which enable business performance Renga has a long history of success.

Before joining LogMatrix, Renga served in various global leadership positions within American Express Technologies, where he led teams and initiatives focused on innovation and delivery transformation. Prior to American Express, he served as the Chief Information Officer of Harbor Payments, a FinTech company which was acquired by American Express. Prior to this he founded Bridium, a cloud based insurance claims, payments, and compliance processing business for leading insurance companies. He also founded Kanchi, an technology solutions provider in North America focused on delivering technology services to the Fortune 500 and large enterprise market.

Renga holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maduarai University, India.

Mike Schmitt, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Schmitt serves as Chief Technology Officer of Logmatrix. In his role he is accountable for the technology strategy of the business, and actively engages LogMatrix customers to ensure our software is easy to use, infallible in performance, and mapped into their current and future business requirements.

Mike is a strategic thinker and planner with proven analytical, problem solving, and program management skills. These coupled with his extensive network, systems management, security, and operations experience, and deep product knowledge, enable him to drive deep operational impact in our installed NerveCenter software base.

Prior to LogMatrix, Mike was a founder and Vice President of Network Management Systems at Virtela Communications, and prior to this role he served in various leadership roles at large enterprise technology companies, including Qwest Communications and Sprint. Mike’s 20+ years in technology were preceded by his service in the United States Navy.

Debora Darty, Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Darty serves as CFO of LogMatrix, where her responsibilities include accounting, payroll, benefits administration, banking, insurance, financial analyses and financial reporting. Before joining LogMatrix, Debora was a principal in Riverwatch Management, LLC, a fast growing commercial property management company she formed in 2009.

Prior to Riverwatch Management, she served as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Georgia Pacific Corporation.  Prior to Georgia Pacific Corporation, Debora was a Consulting Manager for Accenture and an Audit Manager for Ernst & Young.

Debora holds Master of Business Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting from Georgia State University.

Greg Moberg, Vice President of NerveCenter Engineering
Mr. Moberg currently manages NerveCenter’s Software Product Development, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. He is the Chief Architect for the product and has been a key contributor to it since joining the company in 2002.

With over 30 years in software development, 27 of which have been in the systems and network management software space. Leveraging his vast experience with analysis, design, and implementation along with his unique understanding of what clients need in their enterprise, Greg leads the LogMatrix teams who create new, exciting product functionality, while being mindful of usability and the need to scale.

Prior to LogMatrix, Greg held positions at 3Com, Xyplex and Bytex where he was involved in development of network management product lines.

Greg holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania.
